For the Galaxy, supporter satisfaction is everything. They knew communicating fan-focused activities, events and activations at Dignity Health Sports Park on matchday would be paramount to delivering the best possible in-stadium experience. And with an interactive stadium map that could simplify and empower fans to easily find what they are looking for, they could provide increased convenience and reduce stress for fans navigating the park pre, during and post match.

Without a venue map or matchday resource available to fans, the LA Galaxy looked to Wayfyndr to help reimagine the in-stadium fan experience.

Using the intuitive filtering system fans can refine concession choices by cuisine type, price range, wait time, and dietary restrictions, browse concession menus, take advantage of exclusive deals and discounts, and access mobile ordering without leaving the comfort of their seat.

In only its first season with Wayfyndr, the LA Galaxy have seen a steady increase in platform uptake and engagement with an average of 2k views per home match and 5.5 pages viewed per user. But as we know, fan satisfaction cannot be measured solely by the number of visits and the time spent on-site.
