Under the leadership of Eric Bearden, BYU's Director of Digital Initiatives, the university partnered with Wayfyndr to design and implement a cutting-edge gameday companion, designed to meet the modern needs of Cougar Nation while honoring the traditions that make BYU athletics special. From navigating parking at LaVell Edwards Stadium to planning every moment of a basketball showdown at Marriott Center, the all-in-one gameday guides ensure fans have effortless access to critical gameday information, eliminating stress so supporters can focus on what matters most: the spirit of the game and the community it brings together.
Gameday Planner
The Itinerary feature takes the hassle out of gameday planning, offering BYU fans the ability to craft a tailored schedule that fits their unique needs. From parking lot openings to merchandise, food stops, and entertainment options, the itinerary ensures no detail is overlooked. With real-time updates and alerts, fans can effortlessly see what's happening in and around the venue on gameday.
What makes this feature truly stand out is its ability to bring fans together. Guests can create their own personalized gameday plans from a curated list of activities and events, then effortlessly share them with friends or family to simplify meetups. Wayfyndr’s Smart Search feature makes finding everything on gameday effortless. Fans can quickly search for and locate amenities within and around the stadium, from gates and seating sections to specific food and beverage options, merchandise stands, restrooms, first aid stations, and guest services.
